Upcoming Retreat

Origins Retreat
Costa Rica | May 17–23, 2026

Step out of the noise and into a slower, more subtle rhythm— one that is aligned with the deeper intelligence of your being, remembered through listening to the rhythms of the natural world.

Held at Toji Nature Retreat, this week-long immersion invites you to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the living world around you. Through breathwork from multiple lineages, Qi Gong, somatic practices, ritual, permaculture, nourishment from the land, and time in nature, you’ll be supported to soften, feel, and return to your point of origin.

This is not an escape—it’s a return to yourself.
To who you were before the world told you who to be.

We gather in an intentionally woven container of support—
a small, village-like space where connection, reflection, and shared experience are held with reverence.

This retreat is shaped by a collective of practitioners from diverse backgrounds and lineages, each offering their own modality, perspective, and lived wisdom. Throughout the week, you will have the opportunity to receive from a range of facilitators—experiencing different approaches to healing, embodiment, and connection.

Accessibility is an important part of this offering. We are committed to creating multiple entry points, and will be offering a scholarship for an Indigenous youth to attend.
If you feel the pull to join but are unsure how to make it work, we welcome you to reach out—there may be possibilities we can explore together.

The Origins Retreat invites you into a practice of deep listening— to yourself, to the earth, and to what becomes possible when we remember our place, and allow ourselves to be held in community.

Embers: A Grief and Love Retreat

Costa Rica | February 14–20, 2027
grounding natural environment supporting rest, healing, and reconnection
  • EMBERS is a grief retreat for those navigating loss, change, and the wild terrain of being human.

Grief is not something to fix or move past. It is something to tend.

Here, all threads of grief are welcome — the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a version of yourself, a life you imagined, or something you cannot fully name. There is no “right way” to grieve and no expectation to be anywhere other than where you are.

Rooted in the understanding that grief and love are woven together, this space invites you to soften into both. To be witnessed, held in community, and supported as grief begins to move and take new form.

Through shared presence, ritual, and time in nature, we gently tend to what remains — the quiet ember of love that cannot be lost.

  • Karen Schachter and Kylie Judge bring decades of experience walking alongside grief through therapy, somatics, ritual, and deep transformational group work.

Their approach is rooted not only in professional training, but in their own lived experiences of loss. They come not to lead you out of grief, but to meet you within it.

Together, they create spaces that are honest, compassionate, and deeply held. Where you are free to fall apart, be witnessed, and gently find your way back to yourself.
